Michael J. Heath received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Florida where he concentrated on Strategic Management and Corporate Communications. He later received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, and was then admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is currently the Managing Member of Integrity Title & Guaranty Agency, LLC.

Barbara Brownell

With over 20 years of title & closing experience, Barb combines tremendous technical expertise with a warm & helpful attitude to client services. Barb treats every sale as more than just a “business transaction.” It’s also a very important personal event for buyers, sellers and real estate agents; and that is the way she treats all of her client’s closings.

Tina Kendall Bayly

Tina is our Senior Closer and a Licensed Title Agent, she has 10 years of experience in the title industry. Tina understands that a great deal of emotion, careful thought and planning go into the decision making process of purchasing a new home. Therefore, her priorities are providing the utmost attention to detail to ensure a smooth “hassle–free” closing and that each file closed through our office is handled with the highest standards of care, accuracy and courtesy. Tina’s family moved to Florida when she was just 5 and she has lived in St. Petersburg ever since.

Melissa Rice

Melissa Rice our Marketing Assistant and Title Processor, originally from New York, she has been in the title industry for 5 years. As a mother of an active toddler she knows the demands of multitasking and has applied the benefits to the title bussiness.
